Efficiency can only be attained with a system. My daily routine isn’t really efficient so I set up a daily schedule which is broad and simple.
6:00 P.M. to 4:30 A.M. – Dinner, Family Time, No internet, Work is off-limits, Usage of smartphone is not allowed. Only entertain emergency or very important calls and texts.
4:30 A.M. to 7:00 A.M. – Meditation, Exercise, Play Time (Recreation, Hobby, and the likes), Bath, Breakfast
7:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. – Strictly for work.
12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. – Lunch break, rest, some leisure time.
1:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. – Goal Setting, Planning, Nap, Self – Development (includes socializing), Learning
